Acceptable Use
The short list of things you must not do with this software.
These rules exist so one account cannot ruin the service for everyone else. They are deliberately short.
Do not
- Upload malware, or anything designed to damage a recipient's system.
- Use the portal to distribute content you have no right to distribute.
- Send unsolicited bulk email through the reminder system. It is for chasing your own clients about your own engagements.
- Attempt to reach another workspace's data, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or bypass any access control.
- Resell access to this installation as though it were your own hosted product, unless your license permits it.
Collecting sensitive documents
This software is frequently used to collect identity documents, bank statements and medical records. If you collect that kind of material you take on obligations under your own jurisdiction's data protection law — a lawful basis, a retention period, and a way to honour deletion requests. The software gives you the controls; using them is your responsibility, not ours.
What happens if you break these rules
The operator of this installation can suspend a workspace immediately. Suspension stops access; it does not delete anything, so a suspension made in error is fully reversible.
